1000 minutes of cardio in January.


Any form of movement...walking, running, swimming, whatever.

Since it's not feasible for me to go to the gym every day and the weather sucks, does things like jumping jacks and other similar movements count? I'd like to do this too!

Yes, or step ups, or whatever. Walk in place if you have to.

No problemo - I do 70 mins of walking every workday plus 30 mins of Elliptical 2X per week after training in the JimGym

Walking: 22 January workdays X70 mins = 1540
Elliptical: 9 JimGym Training Days X30 mins each = 270

So, I will be doing a minimum of 1810 minutes in January, not including any 20+ repper squats I may be tempted to do!
