So two weeks ago I watched my father die hand in hand with me and my brother, he was only 61. This was a wake up call and I need to get my ass back in gear. I'm 35 lazy fat and out of shape and I dont want to die at 61 or sooner.
So I'm going to start logging again for some accountability and just because I miss it. Started doing 5/3/1 again today
