Squats are back, legs feel great. Taking it slow and steady but these do not feel hard at all.

My brother was in town last Saturday and we went to the gym together. Just hit some shoulders and tri's for fun.

Ha, there used to be but I've trended more to powerlifting and he does more bodybuilding. I can dead, squat, bench more than him.... but he can curl and dumbbell stuff more than me. He has six pack, I have one pack.
