Took forever to finish up due to all of the interruptions. I am going to have to stop training at the church. I cherish the alone time, I will need to get back to the Dog House for that quiet.
I am still working on figuring out my weights on some of the accessory work. Aside from that, I am enjoying myself.
Praying about a March 15, 2014 meet. I want a chance to get my feet wet before the fall, but question whether I will be ready.
Also, I need to be more accountable for some kind of conditioning work. Not a treadmill or running guy, still working through this. Input?
