High Bar Squat: 225x20; +5 reps; increase to 230


Leg Press: 115x100 in 5 minutes; increase to 120

Leg Extensions: 110x20,7,7,6,6,6,6; 58 reps; +5lbs

Plate Loaded Hack: 115x15,10,9,9,8; 51 reps; -5lbs but better depth; increase to 120

SLDL: 180x18,8,8,8,9; 51 reps; increase to 185

Lying Leg Curl: 60x30,10,9,9,8; 66 reps; -10lbs but best form yet; increase to 65

Seated Calf Raise: 95x20,9,9,8,9,8,7; 70 reps; same a last week

Prowler Pushes: 215 on the sled for some ol back and forth
