12/6/13 -Been a busy week. I am a couple of days behind on my workouts. Gonna have to skip shoulders this week to get caught up. I am really liking JByrd's plan so far.
I talked myself out of, then back into, working out at least 4 times today. I am soooooo glad I went ahead and hit the gym. What a difference a couple of de-load weeks made. Today was my best, and strongest, deadlift workout to date.

325 x 5- Did 5 just because I could, lol. 315 came up VERY fast. 3 reps at 325 was way too easy imo, so I added in 2 more reps. I am starting to think I might actually be able to bring my dl up to par with my other two lifts. SUHWEET!!!

I like this workout more every time I do it. Can't wait to try this out on legs tomorrow.
