Nice updates, are you finding that the increased vascularity is lasting a while after lifting as well? I always feel like I maintain the pump and vascularity for a good portion of the day after I lift.

I am finding that it is lasting longer than in the past. It is kinda cool, if I could get rid of the tire around the middle, I would look really ripped.

Realized after the fact that I have been working from the wrong set of numbers and am abotu 5 lbs off on both squats and bench press. I hate when I am stupid.

Today was cut a little short. Probably a good thing though as my joints are just really sore.

Purus Labs
Condense and D-Pol - Focus was great. Strength was meh.... Libido is up a bit, pretty good for a geezer. I used just one scoop of Condense - caffiene had little affect on me, I seemed to crash about an hour post workout. Not sure what brought that on.

Stupid isn't always bad! Well..rarely haha. In this case you get a small break from that mock meet and ready yourself to push onward next workout.

Haven't noticed a crash yet, but libido is extremely noticeable when I'm on the other end of the spectrum at 19.

Condense and D-Pol Stack- Today I used some Hawaian Punch mixed with the Condense and D-pol to provide some carbs, I had a minimum of calories and carbs today. Focus was great. Strength was fantastic, the overheads seemed light. No crash today. My triceps were pumped tight after all was done. Felt great!

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. I was on the road most of last week. Tuesday through Sunday I was in the car at least 35 hours, so not much workout time last week. I did however make use of Condense on the front end of the trip. I used it as a pre-drive drink. Kept me focused and alert for the first few hours of driving. I have continued to take the D-pol. I have all the signs that my test is up. Energy, focus, sleeping pretty good, libido up and a bit of acne (not fun for a nearly 50 yr old).
