Tuesday 3rd December
Just a quick cardio session today
1.66km on the treadmill. Incline and stuff. The treadmill bores me to tears but outside tends to have drunks who try to pick me up.
4.5km on the bike. Also boring but the screen let's me pretend I'm cycling through canyons and stuff so that's kinda cool!
Dumbbell lunges, 10kg each hand. 10 per leg.
So much stretching of my poor hamstrings.
