CREW BENCH DAY

Bench was feeling waaaaaaaaay to heavy today, so my bench coach, Dave, came up with what you see below. I was simply not receovered enough from Thursday's beatdown.

It's impossible to have a bad day, as I always take what my body will give, always. Thus, it's impossible to get upset or be disappointed. Additionally, I thank the God's for each day I am healthy and allowed to lift, and have a blast with the boys.

In fact, none of the crew was feeling it today, as we all worked with the 245 in one way or another - even the guys who bench 400+.

CREW SQUAT DAY

Felt better today, so i ended up having a moderately heavy day. Lower back, posterior chain still not 100%, maybe around 75% recovered, so I will not lift now until Wednesday. I need 4 complete days off this coming week.

Form was OK today, except for some forward lean on the 2nd set of 375, so I knew I was almost done. No lean on anything else today, so I am happy!
