I realize it is another site, but Mark McManus' Musclehack site has some good low carb food ideas. I don't agree with him on everything, but he has given me some good ideas for food.

Low carb ice cream: get some coconut oil, mix in half and half (I think 2/3 oil and 1/3 half and half), then add vanilla extract or any other flavoring you like. I'm pretty sure that's the recipe but you could search and make sure.

There are also a ton of great low carb recipes and ideas at All Day I Dream About Food (I can't post a link yet).

Edit - I just realized coconut oil will probably kill you - so forget about that (sorry). The website is still a great place to visit though.

Haha funnily enough I can eat coconut, it isn't a nut! However I am a bit sceptical to try it! I've got some coconut oil for in my hair but haven't opened it yet! Might use it for cooking!
