Ramrod's EFX Test Charge Hardcore Kit Review
This is where I'm going to post up my Daily workout routine and how Test Charge Hardcore kit is effecting my daily life and workouts.
What am I expecting from this kit? My guess is more of a well being and less off days in the gym. That said, less off days in the gym can lead to PR's in the gym. I've taken my far share of Supplements in the past. From past history with natural test boosters. You just don't get much from them. They are nice to stack during a PCT cycle coming out of a PH cycle. I feel this is when most Natty Test boosters work best. We will see how things go....
I'm working a 5/3/1 style routine right now. Just started the 3rd week and suppose to be doing a deload week, but I beleive I will just reload my numbers up 5-10lbs and restart the cycle. I run my 5/3/1 like the Cube Method, by cycling my ME Days like Cube does, but allows me to use the % bases like 5/3/1. Which I really like and do well off of.
My first workout will be a 1+ Squat day, so heavy squats is always a great way to start off a review.
I started my kit today.......Will update my log last tonight..
