*Mood: 9/10 Had a rocky start this morning, but once things got going they flew.
*Energy: 8/10 Great energy today
*Hardness/Fullness: 8/10 Arms are starting to look very full.
*Pump: 9/10 Whole upper body was pumped today
*Energy: 10/10 Was in the zone the whole time. After being sick I expected to be dragging, but once I stepped in the weight room everything changed.
*Endurance: 10/10 Felt amazing today.
*Strength: 10/10 Going to copy from my workout log:

So after hardly eating this weekend, feeling horribly, and dropping some weight I still walked in the gym and hit PR's. Loving this stack.
