MP is new ill be using the Assault in november and december as I have major depression disorder (I didnt add meds to the stack obvs) and in the winter, SAD kicks in so assault kinda just helps get in me gear

I kinda feel under-supplemented now, lol. I included the peanut butter because it goes in my protein shakes. The instant coffee and sweet tea are my pre-workout. I have been using the body fortress protein until a couple of weeks ago when I bought some cytosport protein from Costco (10 cents cheaper per serving). I wasn't real confident in the durability of the bag, so I transferred it to some of my old body fortress tubs. (couldn't upload a photo directly, so I tried to link one)
