Teenage Girls Deadlifting
I saw two 17 year old girls deadlift 275 pounds yesterday, and they weren't big girls.
These girls work smart and hard in the gym. No magic programs, no macro counting, no whining about lower backs.
They bust ass, listen to form advice and don't miss workouts.
Why do I make this post? So that we are all reminded what should be expected when someone makes the right effort and puts in the time.
