Looks sweet.
Is there a spreadsheet for this, or more tables with less than monster weight? Also how do you sumo from a box?

I haven't found a spreadsheet and I have no idea how to make one...

But to sumo from a Box... Go get a 2x12 from Lowes.. have them cut two long planks. Screw or glue them together..

It's not too much work to convert it to your needs.

Just work out the ratio of your target weight to the 620 in the table and multiply each poundage by that ratio.

So, if your target was 550:

550/620 = 0.89

So the very first set becomes:

145 * 0.89 = 129

...and so on.

You probably realised this anyway, but just in case you didn't.

Yes I figured I could make a spreadsheet easily. You simplified it very much though.
