Default Power Shrugs

Iv been wanting to add these into my routine but unsure how to do them properly, iv had a look on YouTube and the differences from one video to another is ridiculous, can anyone post a video of them being done properly or point me in the right direction?

This is one vid of me doing them, there's quite a few. Steve(btb) is also somewhere in my vids doing them side view. He taught me how to do them. It's an explosive lift. An awesome lift, love em, good luck!

No problem. I do mine on deadlift days or your back day. It'll make your deads go up and traps climb up to your ears

Yeah that's when I was thinking of doing them, definitely looks way better than doing conventional shrugs.
What kind of rep range do you usually use for them?

I usually do 3 sets of 10, heavy as I can. Some days I do 2 sets then a third as heavy as possible for less reps. I normally rotate weeks. One week do 3x 10, next week I do either 1 all out set, or 2x10 followed by 1x amap
Btb told me 10 is a great rep range and I like it

Sounds good to me, I usually do 5 reps for my main lift then 10 for the others so they'll fit in just nicely
Thanks again.
