Thanks alot dan, yes right now all I have to do is improve my squat and row alot and my deadlift keeps creeping up in the process. Good stuff.

Indeed, the first pull on the clean has to be "distinct" from the 2nd pull. It's tough to get that part because it is antural tendency for us to rip it off the floor. Racking looked speedy and good tho!

Thanks Jim. Yes it was a bad first pull, still easy clean but if that happen with heavy weights its a fail for sure. Lesson learned!
