Yes I really did. I watched Brian's videos he posted on Facebook and they explained it pretty well. I'm going to keep them in and maybe one day I can be half as explosive as him haha

After a long alcohol fueled weekend I knew I wasn't going to be at 100% so I didn't push it to hard. I'm happy with my raw phase and I set some good numbers to beat next time around.
