The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.

I am probably chiminng in late ( as always) but I love my pre workout, C4.
I can tell huge difference if I miss a dose. I am an old fart and it helps me get going.

If I take 2 or 3 scoops I can, as a recent post said, see noise. LOL

I've taken a few, but have ended up keeping things relatively simple & effective in my entire supplementation regime. OTC Asthma tabs (ephedrine), caffeine, aspirin, CGT-10 and B-vitamins equate to an early 90s (ala agent orange) pre-workout without a bunch of garbage flavorings, sweeteners, and fillers. I also pop some trib & yohimbe when I have them.

I am a stim junkie in the sense that, it helps with my depression in the winter time to have a boost to get into the gym -- but its bad for my anxiety. So I have a trade off, I dont believe any supplement is 100% required to workout effectively other than calories and lifting weights, but if you find a PWO to be assisting you then go for it, just dont make a tool a crutch.

Caffeine is very inexpensive and works great.

The last 3 pre-workout formulas I tried made me sick. I am starting to stick more and more with coffee.
