Smile Hello Folks

Hello everyone,
I found my way here via bearded beasts YouTube channel.
I'm 33, from England, been lifting for quite a few year but a lot of that was just wasted, no solid routine or eating plan The last year has been my turning point since iv started to take things serious, I'm currently running the 4 day PMB routine and have been for the last 6 months, iv thought about changing it up but I'm still enjoying doing it so can't bring myself to change.

Best lifts to date:-
I'm 6ft 1 at 215lbs

Squat 180kg-400lbs(just under) 5 reps, belt n wraps
Deadlift 200kg-440lbs 5 reps belt, no straps
Bench 100kg-220lbs 3 reps my weakest link.

Anyway that's me, I looking forward to getting to know you all.

Bench is also my nemesis, it seems. Or that and squats... But these things probably sort themselves out over time.

Congrats on finding the right way and sticking to it.

I plan on starting a log, hate to admit it but it's something iv never done, only ever keep notes on my phone of my last week or 2.
Wish I had now though, would be good to look back on.
