Very very strong volume #BRUTEMODE# ... I'm a bit confused ... I've not seen you benching 300+ (may be you have done it and I've missed it) in your logs. Your DL, BB Rows, Squat are just outstanding. But whenever I see your bench numbers they are always below 300. Do you work on volume or I'm missing some link in between ... Keep up the great work brother ...

Thanks Ravi. The truth is I haven't put much consistent work in on bench pressing. I'm trying to take care of that this winter and think i should have it over 300 in a few months. Part of it is that we don't bench in strongman, so I just never spend much time on it.

Solid session brutus!

Regardin the benching, I did not do it at all last spring before comp season. Just focused on overhead pressing. I started a couple of months ago and I can se my overhead increase alot together with overall upperbody strength from it, I think youre doing good as to try to work it up!
