I know it's different on everyone's searches, but boy that made me happy to see that. I'm 4th on someone's computer that doesn't search anything lifting related.

Bench - 245 for 3 sets of 3

DB Incline - 75x5, 90x5 (The weight felt fine but I about dropped both of the 90s and just wasn't trying to deal with that again so I called it quits on that)

BB Row - 245 3 sets of 5

Face Pulls 12 (I think 120lbs) for 3 sets of 15

Friday 11/1/13

Squats - 315 for 3 sets of 3 - much easier than last week, very happy with that.

Straight Leg DL - 185 for 3 sets of 5

Rear Delt DB - 20 for 3 sets of 12 - starting to really feel posture improving, shoulders feeling better and really starting to get stronger with this exercise.. wow traps too
