Good session tonight. Gear is tighter with extra bodyweight and feels very good right now. Walkouts were hard but squats were comfortable. I feel I'm getting used to the pressure in the hole and depth was pretty good.

No time for assistance tonight as Mini Al has hit terrible twos and insisted on our meeting her multiple requests before she would put pyjamas on and go to bed. After that the squats seemed easy

Left shoulder is still not externally rotating enough but I have physio tomorrow to help loosen things up a bit then back in for bench on Thursday.

Can't see the vid Al - when I click on the link it says page not found. Not sure what the hell is wrong with youtube again. I couldn't embed my vids last session. With that said, I'll trust ya regarding the depth!! Haha

Sheesh - your on the short side of approaching 600 lb squat. I am just really so very happy I have been able to watch you progress so far from the good old days back at M&S. It really hasn't been that long tho in "lifting" years.

It was as if yesterday my daughter Megan was 2. Now she is 15!! Even tho its tough, I know you and Mrs Al love and cherish every minute. Right?

Well too quote JB: "Depth was not great but not terrible." For a lighter weight, I'll take that

Had massage at lunch today and she dug out all of the scar tissue and crap that has been freezing up my shoulder. Also worked on the Teres a lot (rear of armpit area) which had tightened up from trying to stabilise to make up for the lack of flexibility. My medial rotation is now much better and I can retract my shoulders a lot more which will help. Will just do some light stuff tomorrow to let it calm down and then probably bench on Friday.

My ROM is instantly better and I can move my shoulder without it feeling like there's gravel in there: good times

255 looked solid depth-wise. 275 was a little high to me but strong. I'd rather see you strong and working for depth than weak and going deep.

Glad that shoulder is feeling better.
