Well squat day didnt go as planned, these damn briefs are still too big. Slide right on, and at least an inch, maybe 2 too large in the waist/butt. Titan must have changed the sizing.

mastadon bar 60lbs
3x5@bar
3x5@150
2x5@240
1x5@330
new briefs on
1x3@420, took first rep to depth, just way too much room
1x3@510, same as the previous set

switched to bow bar and raw squats narrow stance
1x5@325
1x3@415
1x3@505
2x10@235
1x5@325 slight pauses

2x10 single leg deads/good mornings with KB

I have in the past, now I do both in the same week. I do alternate intensity levels most of the time though.
