This is Red Lobster's Cheese Biscuit recipe done in a loaf pan.
3 cups flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
4 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup sour cream
3 Tablespoons of butter, melted
1 egg, lightly beatenHeat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×5 loaf pan with oil. In a bowl, whisk together the first 5 ingredients. Carefully stir in cheese cubes until covered in flour mixture, this will help prevent your cheese sinking to the bottom of your loaf of bread. In a different bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Fold the wet mixture into the flour and cheese mixture, stir until just combined, do not over stir. Spread the mixture into the loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes and then remove from pan. Allow to cool for one hour before slicing and serving.

A good base for you to start building your own posole to your taste. Serve with cornbread or flour tortillas.
1 1/2 lbs. pork shoulder (I use 3+ lbs.)
1/2 onion stuck with 2 cloves (I eliminate the cloves, don't like 'em)
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 teaspoon whole cumin seed
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (to taste, which is more for me)
1/2 teaspoon cloves (yuk)
1/2 teaspoon cayenne (again to taste, which is more)
4 cups canned white hominy, drained and rinsed, try to get a Mexican brand (I use 6-8 cups)
3 to 5 cups pork broth from cooking pork shoulder (use as much as needed)
1-2 cups canned chopped green chilies (if you can, roast fresh green chilies instead of canned)
2 whole jalapenos, fresh, chopped (or more)
Prepare the onion with the 2 cloves, peel the garlic, chop the onion, peel and chop the 2 garlic cloves, chop the green chilies and jalapenos if you are using them. Drain the hominy rinse. Now you are ready to start cooking.
Place the meat in a large saucepan and just cover with lightly salted water. Add the clove studded onion, 2 cloves peeled garlic, peppercorns, cumin seed, and oregano. Bring to a boil over medium heat, skim off any foam that rises, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove meat and broth, reserving both.
Sauté the chopped onion and garlic in oil until translucent. Add the remaining spices, stir for a minute. Cut the reserved pork into 1 inch cubes and add to the pan. Stir in the canned hominy, pork broth (if there is not enough pork broth, add chicken stock), green chilies and jalapenos.
Cook at a simmer, covered, for 45 to 60 minutes until the meat and hominy are tender. If necessary, cook for up to an additional 60 minutes until the chilies and onions are well blended into the broth. Degrease the stew, taste for salt, and serve in soup bowls.

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes with Broccoli
3c Chopped Broccoli (steamed)
1/4c Fat Free Geek Yogurt
1T Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/3 c Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven temp. 400 degrees.
Wash your sweet potatoes and let sry
Chop your broccoli and prepare to steam
Bake your sweet potatoes for one hour. Meanwhile ,steam your broccoli until tender.
Remove from the heat, drain and let cool.
When your sweet potatoes are done, let cool down 15 minutes or more.
Sweet Potatoes are very soft. You'll need to handle them carefully.
Once cool, slowly slice them in half length wise. You may want let them cool down if still hot.
Now start scooping out the center of potatoes. Leave a layer all around since the skin is thin and delicate.
In the bowl with sweet potato add yougirt,butter,garlic, and salt and pepper. Mix this up until smooth .
Now fold in the broccoli .
Spoon this mixture back into the sweet potato skins. You'll have plenty so stack it high .
Sprinkle the top with cheddar cheese if you choose.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
They taste creamy,garlicky, sweet,and delicious!

Cold Tuna pasta salad.
2-3 Cans of tuna
whatever you like to add in it like onion , garlic etc.
noodles bow ties work best
Cook noodles then strain all water
open tuna cans and mix it with noodles
add mayo with tuna and noodles
(add your extra stuff in there too like onion and all that)
Stir around until all is mixed in well.
Place in fridge to chill for 5-6 hours or until pasta is cold.
DO NOT EAT IT HOT.

Here's a delicious recipe I found from another forum. This will help those of us getting ready to start dieting for upcoming competitions. I know I have a sweet tooth so this is a great way to get your cheat meal and protein at the same!
High Protein PB Lean Frosted Molten Chocolate Fudge Brownies
1 Allmax Isoflex Chocolate (27g)
2 Serving Complete Pancake Mix (90g)
1 Serving Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding Mix (8g)
Dash Splenda (3g)
Dash Baking Powder (3g)
1 Serving Cocoa Powder (10g)
2oz Greek Yogurt (50g)
3oz Pumpkin (75g)
Dash Almond Milk (20g)
3oz Greek Yogurt (75g)
˝ Scoop Cor Allmax Isoflex Peanut Butter Chocolate
1 Serving PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)
1) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2) Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl (Whey, SF/FF Pudding Mix, Splenda, Baking Powder, Cocoa Powder, Pancake Mix)
3) Combine all wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Use a Hand Mixer/Blender and mix until a batter is formed
4) Coat a 6x6 or 9x9 pan with cooking spray and transfer batter. Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Set aside on cooling rack.
5) In a small bowl mix ˝ scoop PB chocolate protein, greek yogurt, and PB2 until thick frosting is formed.
6) When brownies are cooled, apply frosting, spread evenly, and then cut recipe into as many servings as you would like
