Back to work last night on squats. We have a couple of guys getting ready for Relentless on Nov 2nd so I snuck in work while they were gearing up. Tonight was volume as we worked up to 415 and did 4 sets

My schedule or routine is a little off. I haven't benched heavy for over a week so I wanted to get back in the shirt. I spent much of the night fighting it but we got work in.

I missed logging my DL workout from last week. I didn't do anything crazy but I worked on volume. Worked with 315 + 60lbs of chains for 5x5 and finished with a few deficits. My form really turns to crap with deficits but I know they are good to work in. Also did some good mornings with a heavy band which I like using because it feels better on the neck and they are more controlled and trust me it still give you a workout. Did a few sets of shrugs to end the night.
Spent Saturday helping my in laws split wood so we got a pretty good workout with that as they had some monster pices to lift. Tonight we will be benching volume.
