Seated behind the neck press

Single arm dumbbell row added since lower back is not right
55x10 e
150 x6/5/8 each arm

I almost ditched arms but decided to do some light pump work.

Reverse grip tricep push downs
30 lbs x 20/20 /15. About 30 seconds between sets

Cable curl seated
30 x 20/20
40 x15 slow controlled reps with a good squeeze to focus on bicep peak.

Decent work out. Total time 80 minutes

Note: I rarely use much leg drive on bench or much arch, tonight I dropped the weight 20 lbs and went for more reps as I chose to use less arch and legs were just stabilizers.

Strong ass rows too! I think with the bar my Meadows rows are around 150-155. Nice work Chad!

I notice my dead lift gets stronger when I use heavy db row and since I stopped doing them it got weaker again.going back to them to see

Week 6 day 2 lower power

Squat notes: I messed around with depth, found out how much easier parallel ( maybe a little above) is then atg. I have been going deep for so long and even my box squats were to a decline bench which are well below parallel.
This past week I have had a little concern over my lower back because of a twitching nerve or muscle spasm In my left butt cheek.

Tonight's session was done with protecting lower back in mind.

Squat
135 x5atg
205x5 atg
260 x 5 not atg but well below parallel
Added the flat bench as a box , knee wraps and a belt
260 x 8
260 x10. These we're close to parallel

Calf raise
Standing bw x 50 slow reps with stretch and pause top and bottom
25 x25x 2 again slow reps
Skipped abs, will pick them up next week. Did not want to do anything extra until I see how the old back feels tomorrow.

Thoughts on depth with the bench? I plan to get a little deeper , have to find a lower bench by a couple inches I think
