Strong 15 Week #1

Bench Press: 2x20x135, 225x10, 275x5, 280x4, 300x1, 320x1, 335x1
CG Bench: 280x5x5 (used a squat pad under my shirt as a 1 board)
BTN Press: 95x5, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 185x4
Straight Bar Laying Ext: 2x20x100
Wrist Curl behind the back: 2x20x135

1) My gym blows
2) Didn't I just do this workout?
3) I need bigger forearms.
4) My overhead pressing is an embarassment

Bread and yogurt making mayhem happening over here...it's like smorgasburg in my apt and I am the only one attending.

Atrocious day in DL land...like Alexeev once claimed, I think someone poisoned my ass.

DL: 135x20, 225x10, 315x5, 365x3, 405x3, 455x1, 470x1, 505x1 (Felt like 600, no joke)
Back off DL: 3x3x365
T-Bar Row: 3x8x245 (used 25's for extra ROM)
BB Curl: 3x5x125
Calves: 3x20x150
