Books on exercise form?
Been looking for books on form to assist me with my workout. Been left torn between Insider's tell all and starting strength. I'm already familiar with McRobert as I have read Beyond Brawn, liked it, except it made me feel like I was made of glass.
Anyone have a recommendation?
