thanks for support all. Think I'm gonna take a couple weeks off after base microcycle so I can kill some DLs then hop onto Intense Microcycle but that is still over a week away...

I just miss DL SO MUCH!

Nice squatting! I'm doing 10x3 squats myself and they can be brutal...it's as much a test of mental will as it is physical.
