You got to get some better quality food. Too much sodium! Get some steak, chicken breast, and vegetables. Eat food not products is my motto.

Update: this has been way too many calories for me. I've put on seven pounds in about a month or month and a half. Considering decreasing the amount of calories in my shake and possibly eating less.
