Notes:
Major fail on the power clean. I just didn't have the explosiveness on that top set.
Bulgarian Split Squats are brutal. I really like them. I am looking forward to progressing them along. I find them very effective for quad glute development, and even hamstring to some extent.
This was a rather quick session. Got started late and had to go to church.

I agree - the Bulgarians are brutal!! Good to see you doing some squattage!! I always have to hang on the the rack to get balance. Once balanced, I can let go for the whole set haha

Notes:
Bench felt good. Although this weight is a repeat of last cycle and last cycle I did 280 for more reps than the goal of 5.
Loaded 10lbs heavier on CGBP than I meant to. It worked out good though.
Did Bent over barbell row again this week. I think I'm going to stick with these. I just needed a change from one arm db row.
Band pull downs got the tri's pumped, bb curls killed the biceps.
Not a bad session overall....

I find that if I kick my back foot(the one one the bench) out to the side(away from the body) just a bit, it really helps with balance.

That's because your flexors are tight and rotating out the foot takes the flexor stretch out of the equation
