Default Muslce strains

Quick question. When I deadlift heavy I feel at stain in my both of my pecks. It doesn't matter if it is sumo or conventional.

What could this be and how can I fix it?

i had that happen once or twice. check your form and make sure you are adequately supporting your core with air. also have you changed your routine lately?

I did switch from sumo to conventional but i had the same strain when i pulled sumo.

I get this sometimes pulling conventional also. I do my best to stretch my pecs but really I just have to roll with it.
