My 2 month progress pictures
Here are my 2 month progress pictures. Before and after.
I'd say I gained somewhere between 1.5, and 2.5 pounds of muscle.
Will upload leg pictures later on tonight.
Don't know weather thats good progress, bad progress, whatever. Considering the general consensus about the other guy was that he didn't do very well, (and he looked a damn sight better than me after 2 months), I'm guessing the reviews won't be great.
But never the less, here they are.
