The lifting goes great! I am just being very lazy with updating my log. I still try to hit the gym as hard as possible.

As of now My squat is 115 kg for reps, bench 97.5 kg for reps, managed to do 3 reps with 100 kg, my deads are at 140 for reps.

These numbers are however on my days off from work, but when I lift after work I am no where near due to feeling exhausted. On a working day I can bench 85kg - 90kg for reps, on none working days it feels like a warm up, but it is an issue I will have to deal with on my own by simply changing jobs. The one I have now, I burn almost myself out on daily basis.

Anyway, here comes progress pictures:

This is me before starting to lift again, in October I belive:

Size of the shirt I wear is Medium

This is me 3 weeks ago:

The size of the shirt is XL

I am 119 cm, not flexed nor pumped, (47 inches) around the chest and 89 cm (35 inches) around the waste, as for arms I have no idea to be honest. I still have that skinny guy look on my face though, hate it, solution: eat more!

Legs, I gained size but they are still chicken legs in my eyes I went from 32/34 pants size to 36/34. I am very happy about where Im at now, and planing on staying on the track. I will try really hard to keep the log up to date, it is fun to see the results.

For shits and giggles, this is me at the age of 17, I hate myself for letting my body go these past years:
