Hello,


I stoped smoking and drinking a year ago. I decided to change my life for the best and i started working out.
I began working out on the streets, parks etc.. anything that would get my heart racing and my muscles sore.
Only thirteen weeks ago i started strength training.

This was me already dieting but still smoking etc:




And this is me now: (I'm terrible sorry the mirror is so foggy i promise i will update this post in the future with a better pic)




I don't really workout anymore. Now i train, with objectives. I want to compete in powerlifting.

This is mine. 3 years serious training in the weight room and eating properly (Mostly).

First year (4 years ago) I didn't eat so lost more weight and got really ill.

I've been anorexic, bulimic an manic depressive plus suicidal until I was 19, then I decided if I wanted to hoop professionally I needed to make a change!

This is me, I've always had body dysmorphia, and I'm a shy person when it comes to exposing myself.
