Front Squat: 5,5,4 with 235 (straps on bar, no belt)


Shrug: 7,6,5 with 645 (belt an straps)


Leg Raise, Straight, Hanging: 3 sets of 5 with BW+25


Calf Extension, Horizontal Machine: 2 sets of 13 with 160

^ Forgot to include the weight (60lbs) of the empty machine when I did this a few days ago.

Overhead Press, Standing: 6 sets of 1 with 185 (wrist wraps, no belt)


Pull-Up, Overhand: 2,2,2,1 with BW+135 (no straps)


Triceps Extension, Dumbbell, One Arm: 8,7,6 with 40


Curl, Barbell: 5,4,3 with 115

^ No cheating.


Farmer's Walk, Dumbbells: 1 set of 30 feet with 140s

^ Definitely more difficult with DBs compared to strongman implements.

- Distances were estimates.

Romanian Deadlift: 10,9,8 with 325 (straps, no belt)


Barbell Row, Bent Over: 9,9,8 with 275 (straps, no belt)


Knees To Elbows: 2 sets of 10 with BW

Lateral Raise, Standing, Cable, One Arm: 2 sets of 9 with 40

Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888
