So, national deadlift night complete. My knee is still off from twisting it a few weeks ago, but I got some good work done.

Strongman deadlift hell. 20 reps or AMAP in 60 seconds
315 x 20 @ 37 seconds.

Other random strongman stuff lifted, but didn't write it down. Great time tonight, worked out a lot of anger.
