Thanks Rob.

I have slacked on the logging, but UPPED the intensity of the workouts! Feeling pleasantly sore. GET BIG!

Been going real hard in the gym, and been going REAL hard outta the gym. Life has been so freakin hectic. My gym time is the only constant. I love that about it!!!

I've been working out every morning, I'm just a huge slacker on my logging

Day 1 of 84 - kennknee's 12 week Transformation Log

Started a new program, should be a great one. It's calling for 20 minutes of cardio twice a day in addition to about 70 min workouts. That's gonna be tough to fit it all in... I think. On Monday's I play competitive sand volleyball 4's, so I'd say that counts as 40 minutes right there! Anyway, here it goes (again).

Date: Monday, 8/12/13
Time: 5:00am
Location: Anytime Fitness Crestwood
Mood: Good
Weight: 189.2

Warm Up: Elliptical for 10 min, some ballistic and static stretching

Leg Press
(4) warmup sets, then (3) sets to "failure"

480 x 12
570 x 12
660 x 12
750 x 12
840 x 12
--------
930 x 19
930 x 19
930 x 18

Hamstring Curl
(2) warmup sets, then (3) sets to "failure"

150 x 15
150 x 15
--------
180 x 15
180 x 13
180 x 12

Leg Extension
(2) warmup sets, then (2) sets to "failure"

150 x 15
150 x 15
--------
180 x 15
180 x 13

Hamstring Curl
(2) warmup sets, then (3) sets to "failure"

185 x 20
200 x 20
--------
225 x 37
300 x 23
275 x 24

Cool Down: Another 10 mins on the Elliptical

Then, I played 1 hour of sand volleyball in the evening. We got beat 1-2, I'll admit, the workout above might have had something to do with that. Not the smartest day to start this program.

SUPPLEMENTS
I am keeping it pretty simple these days.
Preworkout: Infinite Labs Juggernaut HP and agmatine, creatine
Intraworkout: Infinite Force
Postworkout: Infinite MASS, Infinite Labs Massport, creatine
Daily: Fish Oil, Infinite Essentials Multi Vitamin, Vitamin D
Bed time: Infinite Labs Cyclo REM, Casein

Default I feel really bad.

Yeah, Infinite Labs has kept us so busy with Facebook and now the I AM JUGGGERNAUT 90 day Challenge, I have totally slacked in my workout logging. Doesn't mean I've slacked in the gym, just at the written part...

I will have to get back to it. I think it's important part and allows one to look back where I've been too.

Thanks for the kick in the butt.
