Hi everyone, it's been a long time since I have been a constant poster but I'm only doing half days my senior year so I should be on here more.
A quick update on where I'm at, a few minor health issues had forced me to stop lifting for a few weeks. I'm back into it now but my plans have changed a bit. Some guys at my new high school have talked me into trying out for the rugby team this spring and that has allowed me to see how truly how out of shape I have become. So now twice a week I'm jogging, right now I'm only doing about a mile in 6mins and I'm wanting to be at about 3 6min miles.
Due to being out of lifting I have gained some fat and my diet is terrible, but starting this week I'm going to clean it up a bit and by this spring I'm hoping to be in shape for rugby. I'll post my day one workout later today to let you guys see where I'm at, and if anyone has any advice, criticism, or comment I would love to hear it!
