As a mad scientist I have been on the hunt for the ultimate concoction to fuel my endeavors. I have found it and it tastes good, is stored easy, and tastes fine on the go (room temp).
This is modified from a recipe I found on C&P (so there is your citing Jamie).
What you need:
1 lb pinto beans
1 lb kidney bean
1 bell pepper
1 lb ground beef
1 lb pork stew meat
1 can on tomato soup
1 can diced tomatoes
Just throw it in a crock pot and let it simmer all night. The only prep is browning the ground beef and cutting the veggies.
Experimentation is the word of the day here, and you're going to be like a mad scientist, tinkering with your diet until you've turned yourself into a massive, world-destroying robot bent on nothing short of the subjugation and destruction of the entire human race.
