Today I gave up doing 5x5 because I hated every work out but for the 2 weeks I did it I feel like I got a lot out of it.
Now I am just going to go by feel and when I find in necessary go into some type of structure.
squat 1x2@275 1x1@295 1x7@315 (probably had one more in me) 1x10@225
Barbell rows 1x10@135 1x8@185 1x8@225
snatch grip deadlift 1x5@135 (first time doing them. I can do a lot more.)
Hamstring curls 3x12@70
medicine ball over head crunches 3x10

You need to Build, Do not test all of the time.
Sometimes your strongest attribute becomes an obstacle
