Earlier today I saw the Doc... Because I'm off the Type 2 meds I still need to do blood work every so often 3x's per year really... No biggie.
Overall great shape! The last testing I had a very high creatinine in my urine so was instructed to back off the extra protein for a while... hopefully now I can go back to my normal intake...
