Trying to do 2 or 3 of these per week. Only takes 15-20 minutes but makes a difference.

The high rep stuff is more about recovery and mild hypertrophy although because I'm not used to the pump, it does feel weird. I often have the strength to do more reps right now but can't because there's too much blood in there.

Done as a Giant set
Scap retraction on seated cable row
3 x 20
Hammer curls
3 x 10 per arm
Standing cable abs
3 x 25

Also bought a new squat suit on eBay today. Same design just a size smaller. Time to get TIGHT!!!

Try the 1 minute hammers Al! JB got me hooked on them when I was on BIG. As many reps as you can get in 1 minute. I'm at 20 lbs for 30 reps.

I betcha your like a kid on Xmas eve waiting for that new suit!

Well I've done 20 reps with the 44lbs dumbells. Not sure I could lift anything constantly for a minute though

Full write-up tomorrow but highlight for tonight was hitting a 255kgs squat in briefs and suit with straps down after almost falling over walking it out. Almost hit depth but not quite. Was borderline. Pleased with my work and definitely more to come.
