Kinesio tape is good stuff.

Did a little pump session at work last night:

Tricep pushdowns
100 reps in 2 sets

Hammer curls
80 reps in 2 sets

Cable curls
30 reps

Side and front raises
3 sets of 10 each way

Squats tonight and I'm going HEAVY!!!

SQUATS

Had to use Cambered Bar as none of the good bars were available
Bar x lots
60kgs x 5
100kgs x 5
130kgs x 3
Add belt 160kgs x 1
Add briefs
200kgs x 3
220kgs x 3
Add suit bottoms and wraps
240kgs x 2
250kgs x 1

Remove all gear
100kgs x 5, 5 Paused deeeep squats

Ran out of time.

First session using briefs under my suit. Hip felt really good and 160 was pretty explosive. Still really struggling with depth but it got better as the weights went up. Cambered bar was killing me though. Lower back was sore from deadlifts and the bar was folding me over in the hole. Next week I will use the same gear but a straight bar. Maybe throw on a reverse band to get used to the heavier loads. Last learning point from tonight: film more sets. I didn't have many people around to film tonight but need to push so that I can check depth especially with the added gear as I'm relearning what depth feels like.

Great workout Al! Not sure what your filming with but maybe just set it on a bench or prop it up somewhere! I basically film all my sets just to see if and when I do well or keep F'ing up ! Strong stuff as always! Keep it up!!!

Thanks Jay. I was basically being lazy. Wearing gear makes bending down and propping up my iPhone a PITA but I need to do it. I'll get it sorted. My standard geared squat session breaks down as:

- Put on gear
- Realise I have left chalk box on floor
- Consider not using chalk
- Get someone to pick it up for me
- Realise I haven't loaded the extra weight on the bar
- Consider redoing same weight
- Pick up the highest hanging 20kgs plates I can find on the weight trees
- Actually squat something
