Default JOPP time to get serious

This is my first day doing 5x5 and my first training log.
Started off relatively light because I had to take a week off.

Lower day:
squat 5x5 @275
deadlift 1x5 @340
hamstring curls 4x8 @90
hypertension 50 total
abs 30 reps
