I have heard mention designing off the top 1% for the general population (99%).
IMO people think they need to do what whats-his-face does on the cover of 25in arm magazine. Though I have heard a lot about how much volume people need the one thing that I didnt read was about the time it takes.
THIS IS THEIR FULL TIME JOB
Much like eating 6-8 meals a day these peoples days revolve around training and recovery. Though I would love to spend two 2-3 hour sessions 5 or 6 days a week I have a full time job and a wife who would kill me. People can throw all the science they want about isolation but unless you have 20 hrs/week to train it is not conducive to maximum size.
Just remember that you can exchange this advice and 25 cents for a quarter at any store...
