My macro breakdown is 25 % Protein 25 % carbs 50 % fats. Love eating this way, its way easier to consume lots of food and for me anyway keeps fat gain down. I did a high carb bulk and was sleepy and bloated all the time and gained a lot of fat on the same calories and just failed the bulk basically. Spent 6 months on a high fat diet losing the weight. Thanks for stopping in Boys!

yes I am training! MAB was blocked from work pc's, and I was busy taking care of family issues in the evenings and doing some extra work

squat moving up nicely, dead lift is flying along. knee feels good while I'm lifting.
doing plenty of stretches & mobility.

all in all strength straining is going well!

will update properly soon!

Hi All, sorry for my lack of posting over the last while,
I havent been able to squat or dead-lift, as my knee has been out of action the last few weeks, this has been very frustrating & dis heartening.

Anyway - I had an mri scan tonight, will have results in two days.
over the last year two years this has been a issue on and off, seen two different physiotherapist, every time I head I end up injured again. so hopefully I will get some conclusion this time

Hope it works out okay for you, Syn. I'm sure, regardless, there will be ways you can train, even if some things are off the menu, for however long (but I hope that's not the case, of course).
