Good thread!

I suck at:
1. Front squat. My wrist and shoulder mobility is the pits and I can't even get into a proper olympic style "rack" position.

2. Any incline press. For some reason, they disagree with my shoulders. This is especially true when it comes to getting dumbbells into position. I have to have a partner lift one up for me otherwise the pain is too much. This includes DB shoulder presses too.

I suck at fairly well every exercise you can think of for 2 or 3 workouts straight then BOOM, for 1 maybe 2 workouts I suck slightly less.

I think my OHP is simply so bad as I just don't train it. My bench isn't great but it is half decent simply due to time spent training it. When I actually trained OHP it was better than it is now at 10kg lighter

Anything that has me do more than 5 reps!

Raw bench will never be the same due to injuries. So that will always be a thorn in my side.
