Squats

I gave up after this. I had to work for every rep on every set tonight, everything felt heavier than normal.

Decided to do a few extra reps on the last set of 265.

I stretched out for 20 min before starting and still had a hard time getting to depth.

Started doing my squats with no belt and knee wraps, walking the weight out instead of using mono lift also.

Squats are looking good. I also like going without a belt to really get a strong core.

Lifting is going well, Thanks for asking.

I'm having problems with the 10 hours a day at work, plus 2 hours a day on the road, in this heat.

It makes for some late night training, that my neighbors don't really care for.

BTB, I just finished your 8 week bench press program and came out with a 15lb PR.

My best bench was 235lbs before my injury, and when I started the program I could only do 205lbs, I based all lifts off of 215lbs.

Saturday I did 250lbs

There is a video on Youtube, I could not figure out how to post it here.
